EA to Business Head

60k-65k– plus fantastic benefits

Some hybrid working permitted, but Mondays and Fridays must be office days.

A leading global property investment firm is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support a high-profile Business Head. This is a 1:1 role for a highly motivated Senior Executive Assistant capable of proactively managing a range of day-to-day tasks for the Business Head. This pivotal role involves working as a "Business EA" in an ambassadorial capacity, engaging in projects, and helping develop the role both strategically and operationally. You will be heavily involved in all aspects of their work and their direct reports, ensuring the seamless functioning of the office.

Key Duties:

  • Providing extensive 1:1 EA support, acting as a natural extension of the Head’s daily activities, anticipating needs, and prioritising effectively.
  • Supporting Leadership Head with meeting preparations, including research, briefing materials, relevant documents, and pre-reading.
  • Managing all Board and Strategy monthly meetings, including producing board packs and circulating minutes.
  • Coordinating corporate travel arrangements within the UK and overseas, including preparing detailed itineraries and travel packs.

Business Management:

  • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients, managers, and employees.
  • Providing ad-hoc assistance to other business support functions as required, overseen by the Senior EA to the Divisional Head.
  • Programme/Project Management and Event Management.

Candidate Profile:

This role is ideal for a highly accomplished Senior EA who has operated at board level, demonstrated process implementation, and driven change. The candidate should have strong technical skills, be comfortable with traditional duties, and eager to grow and develop the role through project involvement. Building relationships across the business, liaising with stakeholders, making decisions, and influencing others on behalf of the Head are essential. We seek a self-starter who can hit the ground running and is eager to immerse themselves fully in the role.
