Job description

Join a rapidly growing international business during a pivotal phase of transformation and expansion. We’re looking for a highly organised, confident Executive Assistant to support our Board of 7 Directors and Senior Leadership Team (4 members).

Initially based in Farnham, with an office moved planned to lovely bright and social offices in Farnborough on a couple of months.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide high-level support to the Board and SLT, primarily the CEO
  • Manage complex calendars, inboxes, and international travel
  • Coordinate agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions
  • Organise Board meetings and related logistics
  • Lead coordination of our upcoming office relocation
  • Liaise with suppliers and manage internal communications
  • Assist with reception duties and office facility management
  • Support HR with onboarding new joiners
  • Help plan and run internal and external events

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in executive support or operations roles
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong, professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Discretion and integrity with sensitive information
  • Experience with office relocations (a plus)
  • Background in manufacturing or regulatory environments (a bonus)
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally
