Prestigious Private Equity based in Mayfair

For a major global investment bank, we are recruiting a motivated and proactive EA to support 2 MDs including Head of Investor Relations. Team player with a cooperative and easy to work with attitude.

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in finance (5 years +) to provide first class administrative and secretarial support to this dynamic and inspiring team.

Key skills:

  • IT literate (Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Able to manage a heavy workload, prioritizing and completing tasks autonomously
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail

Key responsibility:

  • Diary management: able to manage several busy diaries across multiple time zones
  • Heavy meeting scheduling
  • Travel coordination including complex roadshow logistics
  • Dealings with investors and stakeholders
  • Expense reports
  • CRM tool management
  • Meeting and events organisation

8.30am-5.30pm - generous bonus + medical + life insurance + good pension + other benefits
