The Strategic Partnerships Office (SPO) seeks an organised and enthusiastic individual to provide high-level executive and operations support. Responsibilities include providing executive support to the SPO Director and the Head of the Public International Partnerships (PiPs) team, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and preparing for meetings and events.
The role also involves supporting the Operations Manager by offering comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, and providing operational support across the team through process management and development. The post holder will coordinate special projects, advise on operational matters, and recommend solutions while signposting university procedures.
We are looking for someone with experience in executive support, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a proactive approach.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, busy team and be part of a positive working environment. The team currently operates in a hybrid manner, with one core office day each week.
