We are delighted to be supporting a global engineering and manufacturing group in their search for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their Board.

This high-profile role will suit a candidate who is confident operating at the most senior levels within a publicly listed (PLC) environment, with experience supporting investor engagement and understanding the responsibilities of a listed business on the stock exchange.

The Role

This is a pivotal role supporting the Group Board, CEO, and CFO, as well as maintaining close working relationships with the wider Executive Leadership Team and Company Secretary.

The postholder will be the go-to person for a wide range of corporate, investor-facing, and administrative duties, operating across multiple time zones and international locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive diary and inbox management across the Board and wider leadership team
  • Scheduling and supporting high-level meetings, including agenda creation, document collation, minute-taking, and follow-up
  • Coordinating all domestic and international travel logistics (flights, hotels, visas, transfers, itineraries)
  • Acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external investors, analysts, and advisors, representing a publicly traded company listed on the stock exchange
  • Managing investor communications, maintaining databases, and supporting roadshows, shareholder meetings, and corporate reporting cycles
  • Providing tech and administrative support for Board meetings and hybrid events
  • Office and meeting room coordination including visitor management and internal communications
  • Supporting on-site and off-site team events, board away days, and site visits
  • Covering for and collaborating with other senior-level Executive Assistants as required
About You
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership or Board members within a publicly listed (PLC) environment
  • Familiarity with the investor relations function and the reporting requirements of a listed company
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, investor communications, and stock exchange protocols
  • Professional, discreet, and confident in handling highly sensitive information
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams across different regions with minimal supervision
Desirable
  • Relevant qualification in Business Administration or Executive Support
  • Previous experience in engineering, manufacturing, or international operations sectors
This is a rare opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing leadership team in a role that offers both breadth and depth.

If you're confident managing board-level responsibilities and have insight into the dynamics of a listed business, we’d love to hear from you.
