A leading property investment firm is seeking a professional EA/Office Manager for an 8-month maternity cover in Fitzrovia. The role involves supporting two board-level directors, managing diaries, arranging travel, and handling office duties. Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities are essential. We are excited to have taken on a brand-new FTC 8-month maternity cover (with potential for extension if needed) for a leading property investment and management firm based in Fitzrovia.
Hands-on EA/ Office Manager with some HR duties required.
The role involves supporting two board-level directors with all EA duties, including extensive diary management, UK and European travel arrangements, office management duties, some HR duties, and event organisation. You will be the primary point of contact for all guests in the office, so excellent communication skills are essential. There will also be a marketing element to the role, including processing expenses, ad hoc project work, and Private PA duties, as part of the role so that it will be super busy!
The role starts mid-August. Based in a fantastic office space in Fitzrovia.
A highly professional EA/Office Manager is needed; you will take pride in your work, be incredibly well-presented, and have a hard-working nature. You must be a highly organised EA who can hit the ground running! Experience within a similar firm could be advantageous.
