Job description

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a high-performing Executive Assistant to join a private investment firm with an international footprint and a values-led approach. This position sits within the HR leadership team and will see you supporting a senior HR executive in a fast-moving, high-trust environment.

With interests across diverse sectors and a reputation for long-term, impact-driven thinking, the firm blends entrepreneurial energy with professional polish. This is not your standard corporate environment – it’s dynamic, mission-focused, and offers room for the right person to step into a visible and trusted support role.

The Role:
This position is ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly – managing complex logistics, acting as a key liaison across the business, and supporting confidential and people-focused projects.

You’ll bring structure to a demanding schedule, anticipate needs, and handle sensitive information with total discretion. If you’ve supported senior lawyers, partners, or HR leaders before, your experience will be highly transferable.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary and schedule ownership, often coordinating across time zones
  • Global travel planning and logistical oversight
  • Organising internal meetings, candidate interviews, and employee onboarding
  • Supporting the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and executive briefings
  • Managing confidential records related to compensation and organisational planning
  • Helping coordinate internal events, team offsites, and broader employee initiatives
  • Acting as a reliable point of contact and gatekeeper

What You’ll Bring:

  • Prior experience as a Legal PA, C-Suite EA, or senior-level assistant
  • A reputation for discretion, calm under pressure, and high standards of professionalism
  • Superb organisational skills and the ability to manage competing demands with ease
  • A proactive mindset – someone who stays a step ahead and solves problems before they arise
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – warm, confident, and team-oriented
  • A genuine interest in the people side of a business
