Responsibilities

  • Complex diary management and scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Organising international travel, meetings, and events.
  • Preparing reports and business documents.
  • Liaising with internal departments and acting as a link between the MD and wider business.
  • Light personal support.
  • Supporting recruitment and HR processes alongside the HR team.
  • Handling ad hoc tasks including letters, meeting notes, and general office coordination.
  • Assisting in team celebrations, offsites, and seasonal events.

Role: PA to MD
Location: West London
Working Pattern: 5 days in office initially, with flexibility developing over time
Salary: £45-65k, DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary management and scheduling across multiple time zones

  • Preparing reports and business documents
  • Liaising with internal departments and acting as a link between the MD and wider business

What We’re Looking For:
