Job Title: Executive Assistant / HR Advisor
Location: Suffolk
Salary: c £45,000 (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Some International Travel
Driving Licence: Full, clean UK licence required

An experienced Executive Assistant and HR Advisor with a solid understanding of the manufacturing or engineering sectors, you will thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Commercially astute and confident supporting C-suite executives, you'll be comfortable shaping this role from the ground up.

You'll principally work in close partnership with a dynamic, self-sufficient Managing Director who has not previously had dedicated EA supportoffering a unique opportunity to define how the role adds value from day one.

You'll be diplomatic, assertive when needed, and capable of balancing everyday varied tasks with a logical, strategic approach. You will be someone who enjoys taking ownership & accountability and thrives in an ever changing growth environment.

You'll review the current HR practices & processes, but deliver your suggestions for streamlining.

Job titles are not the priority here however initial key accountabilities are available on request, what matters most is aligning with the company's values, ambitions, and embracing a can-do mindset. This role is about joining a high-performing team committed to exceeding bold growth targets and driving meaningful progress.
