Job Description:

Very exciting role for one of London’s most famous fine dining groups.

Looking for an EA to support the MD/CEO, with experience in food, wine, or hospitality.

The role is based in central London.

Areas of Accountability:

Executive Office Management with Personal & Administrative Assistance to Senior Directors.

Responsible for managing the Head Office and providing high-quality, seamless personal and administrative support to enable senior Directors to meet their operational needs and business objectives. This includes interaction and coordination with staff across the business and external clients and partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service internally and externally.
  • Provide proactive, highly organized administrative support to Senior Directors and the Senior Team.
  • Manage diaries, organize meetings, and prepare necessary documents in a timely manner.
  • Create and develop documentation for meetings, ensuring accuracy and presentation quality.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external director-level inquiries, managing communications as the 'gatekeeper'.
  • Organize travel arrangements, bookings, and process expenses for Directors.
  • Support personal errands and appointments as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, following up on issues promptly.
  • Support HR activities, including taking minutes at investigations and disciplinary meetings, and serve as the recruitment point of contact.
Requirements:
  • Graduate-level education or relevant office management and PA experience.
  • Board Secretary experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven experience supporting at a Director level, preferably in the food, wine, or hospitality industry.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for food and wine.
  • Professional style that commands respect and credibility.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Resilience and composure under stress.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including early starts and late finishes.
