Senior User Researchers are experienced professionals confident in collaborating with UCD colleagues and external teams such as Data & Tech. They work to understand user challenges in accessing public services.
This role involves conducting user research using qualitative and quantitative methods with real users, ensuring research insights inform the end-to-end design process.
