Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? We have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join a dynamic and growing SEND team at one of our partner schools in Cambridgeshire.

As part of a supportive and expanding school environment, you’ll play a key role in helping to create a positive and inclusive learning experience. We're looking for candidates with experience in SEND or those who are eager to develop their skills and make a meaningful impact in this area.

Your Role:

  • Design and maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment that inspires pupils.
  • Support the overall well-being and holistic development of all students by using a range of effective teaching approaches.
  • Actively uphold and promote the school’s vision, values, and commitment to high standards and inclusive achievement.
  • Work closely with teachers and therapists to enhance each student’s educational and personal growth.

The Ideal Candidate:

️ Passionate about supporting children with a ‘can do’ attitude.

️ Experience in SEND or those interested in developing their skills in this area.

️ DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
️ Proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to make a difference!
