This practice has continued to grow and now has a client base that extends across the UK & internationally. The Leasehold enfranchisement team deals with an excellent quality of work. This includes collective enfranchisement, group statutory and voluntary lease extensions, issues facing property management, and the right to manage.

Your caseload will be varied, and you will be working alongside highly-ranked Solicitors & Partners who are prepared to invest their time and effort to help your career develop.
