Minimum Requirements
  1. Over 5 years of delivery experience covering full SDLC (Development, Support, Testing).
  2. Strong experience in Avaloq banking system.
  3. Good knowledge of Payment or Banking/Investment domains.
  4. Ability to quickly adapt to new processes and take ownership.
  5. Confidence in engaging with customers.
  6. Self-motivated, well-organized, proactive, and a go-getter with a can-do attitude.
  7. Curious and eager to learn new ideas.
  8. Good analytical and reasoning skills.
  9. Preferred: Avaloq Certified Professional (ACP).
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams; analyze and document functional requirements according to client needs.
  • Maintain functional specification documents ensuring completeness and proper storage.
  • Participate in walkthroughs to explain functional specifications mapped to business requirements.
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
