A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Site Manager, who will work at our client’s prestigious site.

Duties as a Site Manager

• Supervising a large cleaning team on a site, including covering sickness, holidays, auditing, and stock checks.
• Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site.
• Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Understanding KPI/SLA’s and meeting these monthly, including audits.
• Maintaining strong working relationships with operatives.
• Ensuring cleanliness of site offices, toilets, canteen areas, and warehouse.
• Performing and documenting routine inspections and maintenance activities.
• Working efficiently to ensure cinemas are prepared for the public.
• Working as part of a team.
