We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and industry-leading company, seeking a highly organised and proactive Projects Co-ordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Chairman of the company, supporting both project delivery and day-to-day administrative tasks, offering a unique blend of project coordination and PA responsibilities.
About the Role
This role offers the chance to work at the heart of the business, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-profile signage projects for key clients, particularly within the automotive sector. The successful candidate will also act as a key point of contact and support for the Chairman, assisting with diary management, meeting coordination, and administrative duties alongside project responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Chairman directly, managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and handling key communications.
• Assist in the coordination and management of signage projects from initial brief through to completion.
• Monitor project progress, resolving challenges and ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Liaise with internal teams across design, production, and installation to ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and client updates.
• Handle confidential information with discretion, acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
About You
• Strong project coordination and/or project management experience.
• Previous PA, Executive Assistant, or administrative experience at a senior level would be advantageous.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools - training on Clarity Management Information System will be provided.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
