Hours of Work: Permanent, Full Time, Monday - Friday 37.50 hours

Junior Business Analyst Duties:

Come aboard our team as a Junior Business Analyst and delve into a realm of financial intricacies and growth opportunities! Your role will entail reconciling historical and future financial data, ensuring impeccable integrity and alignment with existing models. You'll be at the forefront of driving productivity and growth through consistent and accurate reporting, while also leading improvements in analysis techniques. With your expertise in data modelling, you'll uncover pathways for our organisation to operate more effectively, directly contributing to our success. Working closely with our Finance department and other business units, you'll gather, compile, and analyse data from various sources, identifying trends and insights crucial to our business objectives. Additionally, you'll assist in preparing reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders, supporting our company's annual price reviews and profitability reporting. As part of your multifaceted role, you'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and accuracy, and undertake ad hoc reconciliation activities as needed. Junior Business Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• The ability to complete complex analysis, evaluate data and present data in a simple way
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in data analysis.
• Proactive and organised
• Drive, commitment, and a desire to progress and learning
• Flexible approach to work and receptive to change
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Be studying towards accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent
