Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Manager for Cambridge House, your role will focus on developing recruitment strategies to identify key talent and build best-in-class teams across all departments. You will lead recruitment efforts, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, and foster a positive team member culture.

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for both line-level and management positions.
  2. Oversee and facilitate all visa recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, completing training plans, visa petitions, and other required paperwork.
  3. Manage the full candidate lifecycle, including pre-employment screening, scheduling interviews, and sending offer letters.
  4. Act as a liaison between the hotel and educational institutions, employment agencies, and participate in job fairs as needed.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent & Culture teams regarding hiring needs, internal transfers, and career development opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
  • Exposure to hotel recruitment, including food & beverage, culinary, and operations roles.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, preferably SmartRecruiters.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Ability to live and work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
