This advanced development team based in Penrith are looking to add a Senior Account Manager to their team. You will have a crucial role in driving profitable growth, delivering high-converting journeys and retaining existing relationships. They offer a clearly defined career path with an excellent benefits package.

Ideally you will have excellent communication skills with a strong background of in-person meetings with partners to maximise collaboration and in turn value. You have a strong background in account management and ideally have experience working in the Insurance or Fintech industry.

Core skills & experience including:

  • Excellent Account Management experience
  • Strong strategic planning and delivering roadmaps
  • Experience with performance reviews to keep up to date with market activity and identify new growth opportunities
  • Experience resolving partner issues in an efficient manner
  • Strong contract management experience in line with industry regulations and business goals
  • Business management experience including P&L ownership
  • Knowledge of regulations including GDPR, FCA, Consumer Duty, financial crime, money laundering etc
