Job Description:

IC Resources is working with a client based in Cambridge who is currently searching for a Senior Reliability Engineer to be responsible for all reliability aspects of new devices and ICs. The role will involve designing reliability experiments as well as developing and analysing reliability models.

• 6-month contract
• Onsite a few days per week
• Inside IR35

Required skills for the Reliability Engineer include:

• Deep knowledge of power semiconductor device reliability, preferably GaN
• Good knowledge of statistical methods for data analysis and software such as JMP or Python
• Experience with semiconductor failure analysis
• Good communication skills
