Job summary

The Community Out of Hours Evening Team are recruiting Community Staff Nurse positions.

The service operates 7 days a week from 17:30 to 23:00. Each part-time role covers 4 evening shifts of 5.5 hours each per week.

22 hours per week - Evenings 17:30 - 23:00, 4 shifts per week

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated staff nurses to join our district nursing teams within Dudley Community Services. We look for nurses committed to high standards of care, teamwork, and the confidence to work independently without direct supervision.

You will provide nursing care to patients in their own homes and clinic settings.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You should be flexible, collaborative, and willing to develop your skills. We offer development opportunities, clinical supervision, mentorship, and a comprehensive induction program.

Main duties of the job

The post-holder will assess care needs, develop, implement, and evaluate care programs. They will also carry out all relevant care tasks and manage caseloads in their absence.
