AXA Partners is recruiting a Customer Support Advisor for a 3-month fixed-term contract. Join our Motor Breakdown team to support customers during their time of need.
You will liaise with external and internal stakeholders, including approved suppliers and contractors, to find solutions that meet customer needs. You will ensure all parties are updated, using your initiative and available resources to provide the best outcomes while managing customer expectations.
This role involves supporting motor strategy initiatives and testing new services to aid business development. We offer a hybrid working model, splitting your week between our Redhill office and remote work for better work/life balance.
Salary: £21,573 per annum plus a 7.5% shift allowance.
Working Hours: 35 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern, with hours from 7 am to 9 pm, Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays.
