Job Description

We are currently recruiting an experienced Security Cleared (SC) Senior NEC Project Manager to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects across the London and South East region. This is a permanent, Full time role working with a leading organisation in the infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full life cycle of complex infrastructure projects

  • Act as NEC3 or NEC4 Project Manager, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations

  • Oversee project delivery to time, cost, and quality targets

  • Lead internal project teams and coordinate external stakeholders

  • Ensure all works are delivered in line with safety, quality, and environmental standards

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

Essential Criteria:

  • NEC3 or NEC4 Accredited Project Manager (mandatory)

  • Extensive experience managing infrastructure projects

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in project controls, reporting, risk, and contract management

  • Degree or HND in construction, engineering, or a related field

Desirable:

  • Professional membership (eg APM, ICE or equivalent)

  • Project management qualifications (APM, PRINCE2, MSP)

  • Experience within consultancy or regulated public sector environments
