Salary: £33,594 - £50,589
Hours: 35 per week
Gracemount High School, established in 2003 under PPP, has a dedicated leadership team including the Head Teacher, three Depute Head Teachers, a Senior Development Officer, and a Business Manager. The school employs 50 teaching staff and 20 support staff.
We serve a socially diverse community, with over 70% of students living in quintile 1 and 2 of the Scottish Index of Multiple Deprivation. Our staff are skilled, conscientious, and caring, committed to supporting every student.
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Teacher of Physical Education for our Health and Wellbeing faculty, passionate about making a positive impact on our community and students' lives.
The successful candidate will also lead the School of Football, with opportunities to develop leadership skills. This role involves joining the school's Extended Leadership Team and enhancing the certification program for the School of Football, aiming for success at National 5 for most participants.
Responsibilities include developing the curricular pathway for levels 5, 6, and 7 within the senior phase. The School of Football Leader should demonstrate:

Salaries are in accordance with the Scheme of Salaries and Conditions of Service for Teaching Staff in School Education.
