Position: Collections & Delivery Driver

Contract Type: Permanent – 45 hours per week

Location: Norwich

Shift: Days (Monday – Friday, 07:30-17:30)

About the role:

Due to ongoing business growth, we have exciting opportunities for Employed Collection & Delivery Drivers. Our team is responsible for delivering world-class, time-critical parcels, ensuring our promise of Excellence. You will work closely with our Operational Team to support a busy multi-drop schedule, ensuring each delivery reaches customers on time, in perfect condition, and with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the DHL eCommerce brand positively, maintain a clean vehicle, and be courteous
• Safely load and unload parcels onto the van
• Deliver products, goods, and parcels efficiently within set timeframes
• Handle and deliver sensitive materials responsibly, ensuring high standards of customer care
• Use and maintain delivery equipment, including handheld scanners, to deliver up to 100 shipments per day

Candidate requirements:

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points; no disqualifications in the last five years
• Multi-drop experience (preferred)
• Enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent service
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to meet deadlines, and work under pressure
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
