Experience in childcare law and public children matters is essential.
Open to various levels of PQE.

Work on Care/Supervision Orders and Emergency Protection Orders.
Provide pre-proceedings advice and manage discharge of care orders.

Job Description

This is a role within a Childcare team of a law firm. The team is well established and has Panel member solicitors who you would be working with.

There is lots of Paralegal and Secretarial support.

The team are looking for a Solicitor with experience in public children matters.

The types of matters that the team work on include:

Care / Supervision Orders
Emergency Protection Orders
Placement Orders
Special Guardianship Orders
Discharge of Care Orders and contact matters
Pre-proceedings advice

The firm has a friendly culture and a flexible approach, accommodating a hybrid working pattern with time spent in the office, at court, and at home.

The Successful Applicant

The team is looking for a qualified solicitor with experience in Childcare matters. They are open on PQE. If you are a Panel member, that would be great but not essential.
