Your new role
The role encompasses a mixture of traditional building surveyor and project management across a variety of different sectors. As a building surveyor, you will be joining a vibrant team and have knowledge of Asbestos management duties, H&S legislation, and CDM Regulations. This role requires experience in management of small to large sized projects, identifying building defects, and preparing specifications. You will be working on current projects including fire cladding remediation, blue light refurbishments, extensions & refurbishment of schools, colleges, universities, and other Public Sector Buildings.
What you'll need to succeed
Working knowledge of IT systems and software such as MS Project, Office, & AutoCAD.
Work well within a team.
Knowledge of the JCT forms of Contract.
Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Building Surveying and/or HNC/HND.
Full Member of the RICS or actively seeking.
You will also need a fully valid UK Driving Licence and be prepared to undertake DBS/Security clearance as a prerequisite.
