Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Newton Abbot for a Lead AV Install Engineer at Azro - Cinema & Smart Home. The Lead AV Install Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of audio visual systems, managing installations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Control4 / Lutron and similar install and configuration experience - min. 5 years
• A passion for Home Cinema and high-end audio
• The ability to lead on-site and deliver projects
• Technical Troubleshooting skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Certifications such as CTS, CTS-D, or CEDIA are a plus
• Full Driving License
