Job Description
The Corporate Senior Manager will be:
Leading M&A and company reorganisation projects for a range of clients.
Managing client relationships, offering strategic advice and solutions.
Working with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal results.
Ensuring projects are completed within time and budget.
Mentoring and developing junior team members.
The Successful Applicant
The Corporate Senior Manager should be:
A solicitor (or equivalent) with 5+ years PQE.
Experienced in mergers and acquisitions, and business reorganisations.
Knowledgeable in corporate law across various sectors.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
