Marketing Delivery Manager (Mat Leave Cover)

About the Role:
You will deliver high-quality, relevant experiences including marketing, content, and services that meet the needs of our members, students, and clients globally across owned, shared, and earned channels. You are responsible for end-to-end marketing campaign development ensuring the delivery of campaigns that meet our goals.

You will report to the Director - Experience Delivery. The work environment is hybrid, combining remote work with in-office days in London, UK.

You Will:

  • Work with leaders in Experience to assign or activate squads, appoint squad leaders, and initiate work processes. Monitor activities to ensure outcomes are met. Collaborate with proposition owners and partners to resolve concerns.
  • Create programs aligned with proposition strategies targeting specific audience segments to meet revenue and Return on Experience Investment goals.
  • Write and submit briefs with SMART goals detailing deliverables, timelines, audience outcomes, and success measures.
  • Coordinate with the Experience Management Planning team to schedule activities based on the integrated calendar and capacity constraints.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years' experience in marketing, digital content management, or related fields
  • Experience creating user-centric services, solutions, and stories that deliver meaningful experiences
  • Proven ability to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and channels
