We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sunday Assistant at our Swansea shop.
Key responsibilities include: maximizing sales by maintaining high standards of display and layout in the shop and shop windows, ensuring stock density is maintained, regular rotation of stock, and obtaining maximum realistic prices on donated items in accordance with charity guidelines, as well as Bought in Goods.
Gift aid is a vital source of income from donated goods. You should ensure that this is maximized when dealing with customers and donors, providing excellent customer service at all times. You should also maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the shop, including the sales floor, stock processing area, offices, and communal areas.
With a strong retail background, you will join our committed team in making a significant contribution to achieving charity sales targets. You must be reliable and flexible to meet the needs of the charity.
In this role, you will have sole responsibility for running the store, which involves lone working. Therefore, we are unable to recruit anyone under 18 for this role.
