System Trainer - £400 per day via Umbrella - 3-month contract - Newport Hybrid - SCC Flex Contract

We are seeking a skilled System Trainer to provide ongoing support to end users onsite. Over the last 12 months, several new platforms have been implemented, and we need an expert to ensure smooth operation and user proficiency.

Your responsibilities as the System Trainer include:

1. Providing training and support for systems including Power BI, Power Apps, ChatGPT, CoPilot, and M365.
2. Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to different user levels.
3. Creating and maintaining training materials, including user guides and video tutorials.
4. Conducting one-on-one and group training sessions to enhance user skills and confidence.
5. Troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues in a timely manner.
6. Gathering feedback from users to continuously improve training programs.
7. Collaborating with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems.
8. Staying updated with the latest system updates and features to provide accurate training.

As a System Trainer, you will have:

• Experience in training and supporting systems such as Power BI, Power Apps, ChatGPT, CoPilot, and M365.
• Ability to develop and deliver tailored training programs.
• Skills to create and maintain training materials, including guides and tutorials.
• Capability to conduct effective training sessions for diverse user groups.
