I am looking to speak to a Conveyancing Assistant with a minimum of 6 months experience who is looking to join an outstanding L500 firm in Crossgates. This opportunity to work alongside a Senior Fee Earner will offer you fantastic career progression.

It is essential that you have extensive experience as a Conveyancing Assistant to be considered for this role; applications from those without will not be accepted.

Key Tasks

  • Opening new files and inputting new instructions onto the Case Management system and producing relevant letters and documents
  • Updating the Case Management system in accordance with team procedures as the matter progresses
  • Issuing contracts on sale files and assisting in dealing with replies to enquiries
  • Ordering searches
  • Dealing with exchanges and related paperwork
  • Setting up completions
  • Issuing Mortgage reports to clients
