Are you ready to step up and lead the structural engineering division of a consultancy in their Manchester office? You might have the potential to do this but there isn't room to grow into. Maybe you are already leading a Structures team/division in Manchester but being an employee isn't quite cutting it… you want the potential to buy in and own a proportion of the business?

To land in a warm seat, within an existing multidisciplinary team (including Structures). Privately owned by engineers, with local owner leaders who invest in employee engagement.
