Our Healthcare Comms team is highly successful (an 85% fill rate), supporting clients across Medical Communications, Medical Education, Healthcare Advertising, and PR. Each consultant specializes in their sector, recruiting within the UK, EMEA, and US, developing deep market understanding.

The role

Within the Healthcare Communications team, you will manage the full recruitment process in your dedicated sector while delivering first-class service to candidates and clients.

This division has a strong market reputation, but there is an ongoing need to develop new client relationships, network with existing clients, and expand our presence in the EU and US.

You will also grow and nurture your sector's talent pool and expand your candidate network via our database and social media channels.

We value a consultative approach, so continual learning about your market is essential to enhance your credibility and provide knowledgeable service to clients and candidates.
