Operations and Supply Executive - All Things Butter (Graduates welcome)

OUR MISSION

All Things Butter was created to educate and showcase how great Butter can elevate everyday eating. From humble toasting to decadent hosting, our mission is to place Butter at the forefront of the digi-food generation while celebrating the time-honoured traditions of British Farming & butter making. We are currently sold in Sainsbury’s, ASDA, Ocado plus many more with new listings coming in the coming months.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As Operations and Supply Executive at All Things Butter, you will get an opportunity to be the heart of the business, providing excellent customer service and operational efficiency to our important customers such as Sainsbury’s and Asda. You will also be facilitating the rapid growth by providing operational support to the rest of the team through sample sendouts and reporting. This role requires a strong organisational mindset, a willingness to learn and strong communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Customer Experience:
    • Ownership of B2B orders, ensuring our wide range of customers receive their orders on time in full
    • Troubleshooting with our warehouses whilst ensuring a smooth ordering process for the consumer
    • Accounts management and reporting
    • Ensuring accurate and prompt invoicing of customer orders
    • Management of Accounts Receivable, chasing payment and resolving delivery queries
    • Stock reconciliation to ensure our systems match physical stocks
    • Reporting on orders to our sales and finance teams
  2. Demand Planning:
    • Supporting the wider operations team in managing supply
    • Working closely with the sales team to gauge demand
  3. Cross-functional team support:
    • Sales team - new product set up, order and stock status updates
    • Marketing team – buyer/influencer send outs and support on ATB events/takeovers

Although primarily an operational role, this position will work across functions allowing you excellent exposure to all aspects of our rapidly growing business. You can expect to work cross collaboratively with the whole team, with individuals from Operations, Sales and Marketing.

YOU ARE

A self-starter who is keen to get stuck in and get involved in all aspects of a dynamic start-up that is shaking up the dairy industry! Detail focused, highly organised individual with a passion for problem solving and getting the job done in a fast-paced environment. Able to see the bigger picture and find operational efficiencies in a rapidly changing supply chain.

>1 year experience in an operational role (FMCG preferable), graduates welcome. Strong Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills. ERP management system preferable but not essential.
