From humble toasting to decadent hosting, our mission is to place Butter at the forefront of the digi-food generation while celebrating the time-honoured traditions of British Farming & butter making. We are currently sold in Sainsbury’s, ASDA, Ocado plus many more with new listings coming in the coming months.
As Operations and Supply Executive at All Things Butter, you will get an opportunity to be the heart of the business, providing excellent customer service and operational efficiency to our important customers such as Sainsbury’s and Asda. You will also be facilitating the rapid growth by providing operational support to the rest of the team through sample sendouts and reporting. This role requires a strong organisational mindset, a willingness to learn and strong communication skills.
Although primarily an operational role, this position will work across functions allowing you excellent exposure to all aspects of our rapidly growing business. You can expect to work cross collaboratively with the whole team, with individuals from Operations, Sales and Marketing.
A self-starter who is keen to get stuck in and get involved in all aspects of a dynamic start-up that is shaking up the dairy industry! Detail focused, highly organised individual with a passion for problem solving and getting the job done in a fast-paced environment. Able to see the bigger picture and find operational efficiencies in a rapidly changing supply chain.
>1 year experience in an operational role (FMCG preferable), graduates welcome. Strong Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills. ERP management system preferable but not essential.
