Our services are delivered by over 60 franchisees across the UK. Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, there are also Willow Pumps and Filta, focusing on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, these brands offer a comprehensive service for water and waste management.
Due to expansion, we are seeking Drainage Engineers at Metro Rod Norwich, a key drain care and repair specialist in East Anglia. The company operates a 24/7 emergency service from South Norfolk, covering Norfolk and parts of Suffolk.
We are looking for an experienced Drainage Engineer, ideally with plumbing experience. Your communication skills will ensure customers have a positive experience and are encouraged to recommend our services. You must have industry experience, understanding health & safety requirements, customer expectations, and maintaining detailed documentation.
The role offers a minimum of £35,000, including sharing 'out-of-hours' on-call duties. Our engineers typically work 45 hours per week.
