We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant primary school in Hounslow. This role involves supporting the delivery of high-quality education and making a positive impact on students' learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across the primary age range in the absence of the class teacher.
  2. Provide targeted support through small group work and one-to-one interventions to help raise attainment.
  3. Collaborate with teachers to plan, deliver, and evaluate creative learning activities aligned with the curriculum.
  4. Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to staff and parents.
