At Brio Retirement Village, we are recruiting a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity for a customer-focused individual working in our restaurant.
You will provide friendly and effective service to customers across all catering areas, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a helpful attitude at all times. You will ensure food presentation and service are hygienic, and tables and accompaniments are kept clean and stocked.
Note: This is a part-time position requiring 12 hours per week, with shifts on Wednesday (11:30 - 15:30), Friday (17:30 - 21:30), and Sunday (11:30 - 15:30). You may occasionally need to work outside these hours.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and preferably previous food handling experience. You should be motivated, able to work during busy periods, and ideally hold or be working towards a food hygiene certificate.
