Raw Material Coordinator

As the Raw Material Coordinator, you will oversee the storage, handling, and management of raw materials and silo material. Your role will involve ensuring smooth and efficient operations, delivery, and maintenance of inventory levels. You will work closely with production teams and suppliers to optimize material flow and minimize production disruptions.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in raw material handling, logistics, or operations
• Familiarity with silo operations, material management systems, and inventory control practices
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to monitor multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office and SAP preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and inventory management of raw materials and silo material
• Ensure materials are handled in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Monitor silo levels and raw material usage to ensure sufficient stock for production needs
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to forecast material needs
• Coordinate with maintenance to plan silo maintenance and cleaning
• Record and track material movements, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting
• Provide reports on inventory levels, material usage, and discrepancies
• Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Participate in developing and implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
