Role: Sales Advisor - Stoke Branch

As a Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Serving customers at the trade counter, understanding their needs, and recommending products
• Responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Completing warehouse duties such as order picking, packing, organizing deliveries, and merchandising

This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with approximately one Saturday a month.

Candidate Requirements

Experience in plumbing and heating or as a merchant is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive training is provided. Sales or customer service experience is ideal. We seek dependable team players with a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude.
