Our client is a rapidly scaling HPC Cloud provider offering GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) solutions, positioned to become a leader in the European HPC space. They focus on building the largest availability of GPUs across Europe, catering to enterprises requiring high-performance compute power for AI and machine learning workloads. With strong partnerships with industry giants like Nvidia and AMD, they are poised for significant growth and seek a talented Senior Analyst to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Analyst, you will support the company’s growth strategy through M&A, investor diligence, corporate diligence, and strategic initiatives. You will handle commercial deal structuring, budgeting, and financial modelling to aid business decisions. Experience in data centres, IT infrastructure, and ideally GPU technology will enable you to contribute to strategic projects as the company expands across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct M&A diligence, evaluate potential acquisition targets, and assess market opportunities.
• Engage in investor diligence, preparing and analysing data for investment decisions.
• Lead corporate diligence to ensure strategic alignment and compliance.
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Assist in go-to-market strategies and business development initiatives.
• Structure commercial deals, including pricing, costing, and budgeting to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategic goals and ensure execution.
• Leverage experience in data centre and IT infrastructure to advise on expansion and technical opportunities.
• Work with leadership to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong financial modelling skills with understanding of budgeting, costing, and pricing.
• Experience in strategy development, go-to-market planning, and deal structuring.
• Background in data centre operations and IT infrastructure is essential.
• Familiarity with GPU technology is a plus but not mandatory.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
