This role involves supporting the Lead Nurse (Patient Pathway Co-ordinator Team) to work across professional boundaries, ensuring strategic and operational service objectives are met. The Senior Clinical Coordinator manages the clinical coordinator team, maintains high-quality clinical care, and provides specialist advice to ward teams. Responsibilities include participation in emergency response teams, managing bed capacity, and rotating across all OUH sites. The role requires engagement, negotiation, and collaborative working with various stakeholders, demonstrating sound judgment in the absence of clear guidelines.
