This role is for candidates aged 18 and above due to shift timings in accordance with Working Time Regulations.

This is a permanent position requiring the ability to work shifts during term times and other periods as needed.

As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities include welcoming children, distributing balloons, organizing special events, attending to specific customer needs, maintaining cleanliness standards, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
