Job Description:

Logistics Advisor at Charles Trent. This vacancy is located in Poole BH ND, United Kingdom. Applicants should have at least a GCSE qualification. The role involves managing vehicle collection processes and supporting our expanding operations in Poole.

Job Responsibilities:

Purpose: Lead the vehicle recycling process by coordinating vehicle pickups to our hubs for processing. Work at our Poole site, based in Parkstone.

Location: Poole, BH12

Salary: £23,809.50

Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Reporting To: Transport Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing vehicles for auction and parts networks
  • Coordinating with garages and body shops on insurance vehicle collections
  • Meeting collection SLAs
  • Communicating technical details clearly to insurance policyholders
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Handling inbound/outbound calls from policyholders
  • Raising invoices and processing payments
  • Ensuring compliance with Consumer Duty Standards and ISO standards
  • Collaborating with internal departments for smooth operations
  • Communicating with insurance companies about job progress
Experience & Essential Qualities:
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence in multitasking
  • Attention to detail in administration, numeracy, and IT skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
