Responsibilities include:

• Organising and supervising the unit to standards required by Compass Group UK & Ireland, the contract specification, and statutory regulations.
• Managing resources efficiently, including stock, team members, and assets.
• Overseeing food preparation, cooking, and service to standards and specifications.
• Leading and motivating your management team and staff, setting clear responsibilities, and monitoring performance.
• Ensuring food safety and health & safety procedures are followed.
• Communicating regularly with the client and acting as a Compass Group advocate.
• Identifying opportunities to improve and develop the service.
• Operating within the budget, monitoring trends, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensuring customer requirements are met and exceeded where possible.
