Your Role as Project Manager will include:

1. Conduct site visits, leading health and safety standards
2. Control the labour on site
3. Ordering materials when required
4. Liaise with the client, managing their expectations

The Successful Project Manager background will include:

1. Experience working with Tier 1 contractors
2. NVQ Level 6 Qualification or equivalent
3. CSCS Black Card & SMSTS Holder
4. Commutable to London
