We are excited to be recruiting for a Chef De Partie to work in our central production unit.

Location:

SW19 8UH

Rate of Pay:

£35,000 per annum

Working Pattern:

7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
  • This position will be based in our hot kitchen to prepare dishes for our B&I estate in central London.
  • Develop and plan menus that align with client and customer needs.
  • Produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to customers.
  • Work effectively with colleagues at the relevant site to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Create outstanding quality food that is ‘picture perfect’ every time.
  • Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control.
