CCTV Controller

We are seeking a CCTV Controller to deliver excellent communication and CCTV skills within a busy control room responsible for overseeing activities in and around the location.

You must be able to communicate clearly and promptly with security officers, park management, and outside agencies regarding key incidents that could impact operations or cause distress to visitors, guests, and retailers.

Hours of work: 4 days on, 4 days off, rotating between day and night shifts, with 12-hour shifts.

• Full driving licence (desirable)
• Valid CCTV licence
• SIA door supervisor licence (desirable)

Your Responsibilities:

1. Proactively monitor the CCTV system.
2. Manage and allocate officer attendance for panic and fire alarm activations.
3. Control access to the site.
4. Coordinate with parking enforcement teams.
5. Manage key control.
6. Respond to CCTV monitoring requests.
7. Ensure health and safety, and the welfare of security officers.
8. Report and monitor incidents.
9. Maintain contact with security officers on patrol.
10. Report faults with CCTV or fire alarm systems immediately.
