About the role:
Our diverse and inclusive group of carers share a prevailing passion to make a difference in the lives of our residents. You could be part of our committed team promoting independence in a safe, comfortable, and caring environment. Our home encourages involvement in a range of fun, stimulating, and meaningful activities to bring joy to the people we serve.

About you:
Experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach are key qualities.
Holding an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous, or a willingness to work towards it. We support you in obtaining this qualification through a fully funded apprenticeship with external providers.
You should have excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and the compassion necessary to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
Join us to make a real difference. Experience the rewarding environment of caring for some of the most wonderful people.
